Our burgers are handmade using the finest quality beef. They are a half-pound and cooked over Hickory on our all natural, wood burning grill (come check out the grill, it’s cool and doesn’t use any gas!). We proudly serve our burgers on fresh Ciabatta buns baked daily at La Spiga bakery in Addison. We top our burgers with the best cheeses available from areas like Vermont and Wisconsin and we use thick cut smoked bacon from Wright Brand in Fort Worth. We garnish our burgers with the freshest produce including jumbo beef steak tomatoes, Italian super sweet red onions and crisp California lettuce all delivered daily by the La Barba family at Freshpoint produce company.
